Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, consumable tea items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at admin@hechala.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where appropriate, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. Under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, consumers in Singapore have certain rights which this policy does not exclude.
